Enso Retreat Hoi An - Rediscovery & Serenity

Enso Retreat is a real gem. The lush green surroundings are fine. Our room at the Enso Bungalow was beautifully decorated with high-quality interiors. Special thanks to Phuong at reception. Her hospitality made a big difference. Every detail seemed well thought out, from the packed breakfast offered for our early departure to the punctual shuttle service to Hoi An old town and An Bang beach. The variety in dining options was excellent, but I do wish the vegetarian menu had more choices. The facilities were great. The pools are lovely. The attentive staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure we felt comfortable. The location, while convenient, could feel a bit isolated without a bike or the shuttle. A fantastic stay with just a minor need for more vegetarian options.

The location was stunning and particularly good, in the Cam Thanh district and near a boat dock. The units were soundproof and the staff were attentive and very attentive people with every staff member.

The garden view was fine, but I had noisy neighbors sometimes.

Location: the hotel was next to old town and the nature. It was perfect, beautiful and with breakfast.

Enso retreat is a little oasis, offering serenity amid beautiful garden views. The staff are helpful and attentive. We loved the calm bungalow, a cozy escape. With just a short bike ride, you're in the heart of nature and nearby attractions.

The gardens could use more variety and upkeep!!! The vegetarian menu options feel somewhat limited and could definitely use expanding for better inclusivity!!! Not my favorite!!!

great stay but room could use more soundproofing

The location is serene and perfect for relaxation. The Grand Beautiful Twin Room with Garden View felt like a home away from home, designed thoughtfully and impeccably clean! Especially Phuong, were unbelievably attentive and kind. I particularly loved the beautiful garden view that offered a tranquil escape.

There were some noisy neighbors .

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with iced tea and cold towels - a refreshing start indeed. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with daily room service ensuring we had everything we needed. the serene atmosphere of the hotel, located a short distance from the busy town and beach, provided the perfect escape. the shuttle services made exploring the area convenient, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals that satisfied our taste buds. the staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive - making our stay truly memorable.

While my stay at this hotel was incredible overall, I think the soundproofing of the walls could be improved to further enhance the peaceful atmosphere.

This place was the perfect spot for my mother and me, offering a soundproof and comfortable room with a delicious breakfast, it was a great place to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring with an amazing restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, making it an excellent home base for our trip.
